Lauren Rush has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at American Eagle Financial Credit Union since November 2017, after progressing through roles as Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, and HR Assistant within the same organization. Prior to this, Lauren held the position of Research Assistant at the Korey Stringer Institute from January 2016 to May 2018 and worked as a Personal Care Assistant at Allied Community Resources Inc. from January 2015 to November 2017. Additionally, Lauren supported the Director of Player Personnel at UConn Football between August 2015 and December 2016. Lauren Rush holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services from the University of Connecticut and a Human Resources Certificate from Central Connecticut State University.
