John Cedric Smith has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Regional Corporate Chef at American Dining Creations since May 2019. Prior to this role, Smith operated as Executive Chef and Owner at Ej’s Urban Eatery from August 2017 to April 2019. Additional experience includes various positions such as Executive Chef at 801 Restaurant Group and Leap Hospitality, and Executive Sous Chef at 801 Restaurant Group. Earlier in the career, Smith held Sous Chef roles at Splash Seafood Bar and Grill and Restaurant Associates, as well as a Line Cook position at Craft Restaurant Group. John Cedric Smith is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
