Carina Falcon currently serves as the Manager of Primary Care Professional Engagement at the American Diabetes Association, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Carina worked at Noom Inc. from January 2020 to October 2023 as a Diabetes Prevention Program Health Coach, where responsibilities included planning and managing projects to enhance team collaboration and achieving significant growth targets. Earlier, Carina was an Administrative Operations Associate at Nutrish Mish from January 2018 to December 2019, overseeing practice operations and high-volume communications with healthcare stakeholders. Carina holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Stony Brook University.
