Lina Delgado Cano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at ACC Premiere since July 2011. Throughout the tenure at ACC Premiere, Lina has also held positions as Account Executive, Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative, showcasing a versatile skill set in the industry. Additionally, Lina was a guest speaker at the Call & Contact Center Expo US in March 2022, presenting on the topic of rethinking KPIs and their impact on customer effort. Lina earned a degree in International Business from Politécnico Grancolombiano between 2004 and 2008.
