Allison Schneider is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in advocacy communications, public affairs, and media relations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Communications at the American Council of Engineering Companies since September 2021, Allison has previously held senior communications roles at the National Beer Wholesalers Association and Locust Street Group, where notable achievements included leading campaigns against human trafficking and managing strategic communications for high-profile clients. Allison has also directed communications for the U.S. House of Representatives and Fairfax County Government, spearheading media relations and innovative outreach strategies. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Georgetown University, Allison has been recognized as one of PR News' Rising PR Stars under 30 in 2016.
