Natalie Dabbs is an experienced professional in the field of correctional services, currently serving as a Professional Development Specialist and previously as a Professional Development Coordinator at the American Correctional Association since December 2022. Prior to this, Natalie held the position of Training Coordinator at the Maryland Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services from July 2001 until retiring in May 2022.
