Caitlin Frontino, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, beginning a career at Thomas Edison State College as a Human Resources Intern and progressing to various roles within the Borough of Pitman, including Payroll/Benefits Clerk, and the Borough of Clayton as a Finance Clerk. Caitlin held multiple positions at AH & Association Headquarters from July 2012 to April 2016, advancing from Membership & Committee Coordinator to Human Resources Generalist and then to Director of Membership. Currently, since May 2016, Caitlin serves as a Senior Associate in Human Resources at the American College of Physicians, with previous roles as a Recruiter/Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Rider University.
