Cristina Cuevas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and event coordination. Currently serving as the Events Coordinator for the Department of Professional Development at the American College of Healthcare Executives since June 2017, Cristina is responsible for processing applications for Fellow advancement and generating related documentation. Prior experience includes roles at National Education Servicing, LLC, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Student Loan Servicing Representative to Consolidation Supervisor, managing loan processing and repayment plans, and preparing insurance claims. Cristina's career began at Corus Bank, where administrative and payment processing skills were developed. Cristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associate of Science degree from Generations College.
