Aleda Ealom has extensive experience in healthcare education and simulation, currently serving as Director of Live Learning and Simulation at the American College of Chest Physicians since August 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations, managing simulation staff, and liaising with various stakeholders. Aleda previously held the role of Program Manager in the same department and worked as a Clinical Simulation Specialist, managing key educational programs at annual CHEST conferences. Aleda's earlier experience includes roles as a Gov't Systems Program Coordinator at Medical Education Technologies Incorporated and various positions in the US Army, including Joint Readiness Training Center Medical Observer Controller and patient care management roles. Aleda holds a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate of Arts in Health Services Administration from Keiser University-Sarasota.
