Robert Strebel started their work experience in 2001 as a Marketing Director at American Chiller. In 2002, they moved on to work as a Teacher/Instructor at Local 39 Stationary Engineers, where they stayed until July 2005.

Robert Strebel received their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Foothill College from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in HVAC Journeyman & Associates, focusing on HVAC.
