Stephanie Davidson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent and Growth at the American Cancer Society since April 2023, Davidson previously held several leadership roles at Bon Secours Mercy Health, including Vice President of HR - Care Innovation and Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness. In these positions, efforts focused on care transformation through technology innovation and strategic talent initiatives, enhancing leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Earlier roles at Bon Secours Health System involved directing talent strategy and implementing organizational development programs, while prior experience includes ownership of Wellspring Consulting and operations management at Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. Davidson holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University and a BBA in Hotel and Restaurant Management from James Madison University.
