Melissa Fellers has over two decades of experience with the American Cancer Society, where Melissa currently serves as Managing Director of Service Delivery. In previous roles, including Senior Director, Fellers provided leadership to the National Cancer Information Center, managing a large remote staff and overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. Melissa's expertise includes strategic planning, program support delivery, and enhancing customer experiences. Prior to their tenure at the American Cancer Society, Fellers held recruiter positions at IBM and Trilogy. Fellers holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business from The University of Texas at Austin.
