Leo A. Hurtado's work experience begins in 1991 when they worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Inland Mortgage Corp until 1992. After that, they joined W. R. Grace & Co. - Logistics Services as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst, where they were responsible for the systems development life-cycle of business applications.
Leo then worked at One Price Clothing Stores, Inc. from 1994 to 2002, starting as a Director of IT and later becoming a Project Manager. In these roles, they managed IT operations, led system development projects, and implemented various IT initiatives.

In 2008, Leo joined Bunch CareSolutions, A Xerox Company as Vice President of IT and CIO. Leo A. implemented efficient software development practices and systems, implemented a VoIP telephone system, and automated bill review and payment processing systems.
From 2016 to 2018, Leo worked as the Sr. Vice President of IT & CIO at Transparent Health Marketplace, LLC, where they played a crucial role in IT strategy and implementation.
Most recently, Leo joined Arial International in 2018 as Vice President of IT & CIO. Leo A. worked closely with senior management on relaunching the company, developed an IT strategy, managed the data center move, and implemented the Arial Revenue Tracking System.
Currently, Leo A. Hurtado is working as the Senior Director of Technology Management at the American Bible Society since May 2022.
Leo A. Hurtado has a strong educational background in the field of computer technology. Leo A. obtained their Associate of Science degree in Computer Programming Technology from Ivy Tech Community College in 1990. Leo A. further pursued their education at Martin University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Technology from 1990 to 1992. Leo A. Hurtado then continued their studies at Webster University, where they completed their Master of Arts degree in Computer Resources and Information Management from 1996 to 1998.
