Jesse Deutsch has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1990, Jesse worked at Philip Morris International, where they established financial procedures and an ERP system for the newly formed Latin America (LA) Region. Jesse also managed the budget, forecasting, and reporting processes, as well as executed acquisition strategies for Kraft Latin America.
Jesse then moved on to Mondelēz International in 2000, where they served as the Director of FP&A. In 2002, they took on an ex-pat assignment at Kraft Foods Brasil, managing the finance function for the largest business in the region and serving as a business partner to the General Manager.
From 2005 to 2009, Jesse held multiple roles at Kraft Foods, including the CFO for Latin America. In this position, they managed all aspects of finance and systems functions, led strategic initiatives, and acted as a strong right hand to the Regional President. Following this, they joined Visa in 2009 as the SVP of Finance, responsible for implementing disciplined financial processes and leading the strategic technology project portfolio.
Jesse then worked at ARAMARK from 2011 to 2015, where they served as the CFO for Business and Industry, overseeing the finance function for a $2.5 billion line of business. Jesse also served as the CFO for Refreshment Services, partnering with the President and successfully integrating a significant acquisition.
In 2015, Jesse joined Korn Ferry Hay Group as the CFO, leading all aspects of finance and managing a global team of over 200 employees. Two years later, they moved to Innovairre, where they served as the CFO, responsible for all aspects of finance, including financial control, planning, forecasting, and analysis.
Most recently, Jesse joined Evolution Research Group in 2019 as the CFO, responsible for managing all financial-related activities and serving as a key interface with Linden Capital Partners, banks, and the Board of Directors.
In 2023, Jesse is set to become the Chief Financial Officer at the American Battery Technology Company.
Jesse Deutsch obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from The Wharton School, which they attended from 1982 to 1986. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at NYU Stern School of Business from 1988 to 1990.
