Marcilena Shaeffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in grants, development, and program coordination at the American Bar Foundation since June 2018, holding various roles from Administrative Coordinator to Grants and Development Senior Associate. Additionally, Marcilena serves as the Creative Head at Miscellany Media Studios, LLC, which was established in Illinois in 2020, following a recreational start in podcasting in 2018. Early career experiences include serving as a Student Stage Hand at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center from 2012 to 2015 and as a Student Worker at the University of Notre Dame's North Dining Hall. Marcilena holds a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
