Lori Lutze is an experienced professional in the senior care industry, currently serving as the Home Care Director at American Baptist Homes of the Midwest since July 2022. In this role, Lori oversees home care services in Southeast Wisconsin, providing companion, personal, and specialized care. Prior to this, Lori held the position of Executive Director at Heritage Senior Living, LLC from November 2020 to May 2022, managing a Senior Living Care Campus that included Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Enhanced Care, with responsibilities in operations, staff management, and compliance oversight. From October 2009 to November 2020, Lori worked as an Executive Director at Northshore Health Care, where all aspects of operations of an RCAC Assisted Living facility were managed, along with involvement in CBRF Medication Administration Classes.
