Mike has held various sales roles and managerial positions in companies such as American Baler Company, Bottom Line Recycling, Paper & Recycling Solutions, Miner Corporation, Maren Engineering Corporation, and Harris Waste Management Group, Inc. Mike has expertise in selling balers and equipment to recycling companies, distributors, and direct sales. Mike also has experience in owning and managing their own recycling commodity brokerage business.

Mike Schwinn attended Texas Christian University from 1978 to 1982, where they studied Marketing and earned a degree in Business.
