Talya Greenblatt, MPS, PHR, serves as the Human Resources Manager at AASHTO, where responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and overseeing the organization’s engagement survey. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting & HR Specialist at Employee Navigator, where Talya focused on onboarding and performance management. Talya also worked with Allegis Global Solutions as a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator for the University of Maryland Global Campus, handling full-cycle recruiting and candidate management. Early career experiences include serving as an International Fellow at PeacePlayers International and as Program Manager for Up2Us Sports, as well as an internship at Legacy Youth Tennis and Education. Talya holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, along with a teaching certificate from Gratz College.
