Simcha Segev is a research worker in a particle lab at Tel Aviv University-School of Physics and Astronomy, a position held since June 2020. Simcha's background includes significant contributions to the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) as part of the Physics Instructional Resource Association (PIRA) since June 1986, focusing on enhancing physics education. Prior to current roles, Simcha worked as a technical manager at Tech Knowledge & Head Tech Engineering from November 2015 to June 2020 and at the School of Physics & Astronomy at Tel Aviv University from November 1975 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a technician and assembling expert at Israel Aircraft Industry from May 1970 to October 1975. Simcha holds a degree as a Practical Engineer in Electronics from Tel Aviv University - Handesaim (1975-1978) and further education at Open University (1978-1982).
