Srini Varadarajan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1995. Srini then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law from 1999 to 2002, specializing in the field of Law.
