Srini Varadarajan has a diverse work experience in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery, endodontics, dentistry, and healthcare advocacy. Currently, Srini serves as the Associate Executive Director at the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, where they oversee the practice management, health policy, and government affairs. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Executive Director at the American Association of Endodontists, focusing on advocacy and professional relations. Srini also held a significant role as the Director of Dental Practice & Policy at the Academy of General Dentistry, where they led various initiatives in dental practice advocacy, policy development, and practice management programming. Additionally, they have experience as a Staff Healthcare Attorney at Community Legal Services.

Srini Varadarajan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1995. Srini then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law from 1999 to 2002, specializing in the field of Law.
