Ivonne Dahlgren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in canine training and public service. Currently serving as the Texas Ambassador for Fresh Hope para la Salud Mental since October 2021, Ivonne also functions as a Texas Notary Public for the American Association of Notaries. With a background as a General Instructor K9 and Mayor Police Chaplain at the International Federation Police Chaplain Ministry inc. USA, Ivonne has demonstrated leadership in public safety initiatives. Prior roles include representing Equitrans TAE HLD. FAIR AIR TRANSPORT in the United States and owning ProK9, a company specializing in dog training and breeding, particularly in explosives detection and security. Education includes credentials from Universidad Andrés Bello, K-9 FACTORY, and the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, along with ongoing studies in Police Chaplaincy.
