Linda Rusch is a Clinical Nurse Resource Coach at the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), a position held since May 2010. In addition to this role, Rusch served as a Clinical Nurse Leader Resource Coach within AACN in 2015, focusing on the education and development of Clinical Nurse Leader roles in healthcare and advocating for the importance of these positions. Prior to AACN, Rusch was the Chief Nursing Officer at Hunterdon Medical Center from September 1992 to September 2009, where Magnet Recognition was achieved in 2008 and Rusch took a leading role in the development of the Clinical Nurse Leader role. Rusch also contributed as a board member for Plexus Institute from 2000 to 2007. Rusch earned a Master of Science in Psychiatric and Community Health Nursing from Rutgers University - Newark between 1978 and 1982.
