Emily Ware, MS, CMP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Education Programs at the Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine, overseeing educational program development for conferences and managing accreditation initiatives. Previously, Emily held the position of Abstracts and Program Manager at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, where responsibilities included launching new educational series and managing abstract submissions. Prior experience also includes roles at the American Society of Human Genetics, ranging from Meetings Program Manager to Meetings Program Assistant, where significant contributions were made to enhance meeting programs and compliance with accreditation requirements. Emily's career began as a Graduate Research Assistant at The Scripps Research Institute, contributing to collaborative research projects and data analysis. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry (Honors) and Mathematical Sciences from Binghamton University and a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from Scripps Research.
