Derek Moore is an accomplished Senior Developer and Senior Application Architect with extensive experience in application architecture, particularly within the airline industry. Since December 1991, Derek has contributed to American Airlines, overseeing large cross-functional teams focused on agent-facing desktop and web features for airports, while also mentoring developers and managing DevOps processes. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer and IT Lead Analyst at US Airways and America West Airlines, where responsibility centered on developing software solutions for airport customer service and mentoring junior developers. Education was obtained at the University of Arizona from 1989 to 1991.
