Andres Mena, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager in Corporate Real Estate at American Airlines, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Andres was with Introba from October 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Project Management and Project Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Airport Screening Operations at Southwest Airlines from September 2017 to October 2019 and as Systems Engineer for TSA's PELSS2 Program at Global Systems Technologies, Inc. from January 2017 to September 2017. Andres earned a Master of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business in May 2023 and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University in December 2016.
