Kenneth Alford has extensive experience in change management and leadership roles. Kenneth is currently the Head of Change Enablement at American AgCredit, where they lead a team of seven to ensure successful delivery of strategic change initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Gap Inc. as the Head of PdM Change Management and Director of Change Management. Kenneth also served as a Senior Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Slalom Consulting. Kenneth has a background in communications and served as the Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Pacific Gas and Electric and Senior Manager of Communications at Peet's Coffee & Tea. Kenneth began their career at Gap Inc. as a Senior Manager, Change Lead.

Kenneth Alford has a Master's degree in English from San Francisco State University. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. Kenneth also attended St. George High School. In terms of certifications, they are a Certified Prosci Trainer from Prosci, having completed Level 1 & 2 of the program. Kenneth also obtained additional certifications, including the Prosci® Train-the-Trainer Level 1 and Level 2 from Prosci.
