Tina Sicilia MBA/JD has worked in various roles throughout their career. Tina began their career in 1991 as a Contract Administrator for Boeing Computer Services, Inc. In 1994, they moved to ICF Kaiser Engineers in the same role. In 1997, they became a Technical Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy. In 2001, they returned to Boeing as a Director of Contracts & Export and Senior Manager of Contract Compliance. In 2014, they moved to Mediation & Conflict Resolution Services as a Senior Consultant. In 2018, they became the Director of Business Compliance Operations at PAE ISR, LLC. Most recently, in 2020, they joined American Aerospace Technologies, Inc. as Vice President of Operations and Director of Contracts and Compliance.

Tina Sicilia holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a JD from Gonzaga University School of Law, and a BA from Washington State University. Tina obtained their MBA in 2008, JD in 2000, and BA in 1997. Her field of study for the MBA and BA was Business, and their field of study for the JD was Law.
