Leslie McKinney has extensive experience in adoption and human resources, currently serving as a Contract Adoption Specialist at American Adoptions since October 2015. McKinney has held multiple roles at Jonathan's Place since August 2011, including Contractor/Trainer and Foster/Adopt Case Manager. Previously, McKinney worked as an Adoption Specialist at Childrens Connections, Inc. from December 2009 to September 2011 and as a Human Resources Manager at AT&T from February 1999 to May 2009. McKinney earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Texas Woman's University between 1995 and 1998.
