Amber Simpson is an experienced leader in member experience, marketing, and fundraising, currently serving as Director of Member Experience at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons since July 2019, after holding the position of Senior Manager of Member Experience. Prior to this, Amber Simpson worked as Marketing Director and Marketing Manager at the American Bar Association, overseeing customer acquisition strategies for legal professionals. Amber Simpson also founded Amber P. Simpson Consulting LLC, focusing on strengthening organizational fundraising and marketing efforts. Previous roles include Development Director at METROsquash, Fundraising Coordinator at the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Special Events Coordinator at The Arthritis Foundation.
