Shoshana L. Gitlin serves as the Education Program Manager at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry since June 2017, where responsibilities include designing and implementing online courses and overseeing various aspects of continuing medical education. As a consultant for SG Learning Design since 2015, Shoshana helps organizations enhance learning and performance by applying instructional design models. Previous roles include teaching high school STEM and math at various schools, where Shoshana implemented innovative teaching methods to increase student engagement and performance. Shoshana's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Education from American University and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Penn State University.
