Ashwini Ramesh has a diverse professional background with significant experience in technical and project management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at the American Academy of Audiology since March 2018, Ashwini manages billing and project utilization while collaborating with the finance team on cost forecasting for IT projects. Previous positions include Technical Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the migration and implementation of a new Association Management System, and roles at Huntington Learning Center as a Maths Tutor and as a Stay-at-Home Parent. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Project Coordinator for Vibha and as a staff member at Centreville Regional Library and Connecticut Radio Information System. Earlier in the career, Ashwini worked at Tech Mahindra as a PMO, handling project billing and revenue forecasting, and at Convergys in various leadership roles, ensuring performance and productivity across teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from VTU.
