Wanda Phipatanakul, MD, MS, serves as the S. Jean Emans Professor of Pediatrics and Endowed Westonian Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School since July 2000, while also being a significant contributor to Boston Children's Hospital as Director of the Research Center and Director of the Asthma Clinical Research Center. Phipatanakul has extensive experience in managing a large NIH-funded research portfolio exceeding $100 million, leading a team of physician scientists in clinical trials and translational studies, and collaborating with various stakeholders. In addition to roles at prestigious institutions, Phipatanakul holds editorial and board positions in significant professional organizations, including the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Phipatanakul's academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Loma Linda University and a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from Harvard School of Public Health.
