Beth Conradson Cleary is an experienced legal and retirement system professional currently serving as a Board Member for NAGDCA and as the Executive Director of the City of Milwaukee 457(b) Retirement Plan since December 2016. Prior to this, Beth held the position of Deputy Director at the Employes' Retirement System of the City of Milwaukee, overseeing significant operational budgets and providing legal counsel related to employee benefits. Beth has also contributed to various roles, including Advisory Committee Member for VAMPSS and Law Clerk positions at legal aid organizations. Beth's educational background includes a JD from Marquette University Law School, an MA in Bioethics from the Medical College of Wisconsin, and a Graduate Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Marquette University.
