Gohar Babayan started their work experience in February 2022 as an Event Coordinator at Aragast Travel. Gohar then joined Ameriabank CJSC in July 2022 as a Human Resources Intern, and later transitioned to the role of Junior Human Resources Specialist in November 2022.

Gohar Babayan's education history includes pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management at the French University of Armenia from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, they also pursued another Bachelor's degree in Management at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) during the same time period.
