Bob Abraham has over 24 years of professional experience in the audio engineering field. Bob began their career in 1998 at Shure Incorporated as a DSP Engineer, where they developed professional audio DSP algorithms in C/C++ and Assembly code on DSP and MCU processors. Bob then became the DSP Engineering Section Manager, followed by Senior Director, Arrays & AV Systems, and then Sr. Manager, Digital Audio Processing, where they oversaw major product development efforts involving complex hardware, software, DSP and Audio Networking components. Bob was also the Lead Architect for the Shure SCM820 Automixer and contributed to major DSP and Networking subsystems in Shure Axient wireless, Shure ULXD wireless, and MX Wireless. In 2022, they joined AMERGINT Technologies as the Director of Hardware and DSP Engineering.
Bob Abraham attended the University of Miami from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Master of Science in Music Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the University of Houston from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
