Reginald Arnold, MBA, CEM, CDSM has extensive work experience in business development and sustainability. Reginald currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Ameresco, where they lead and manages sustainability and business development activities. Reginald formulates marketing and business development plans to increase company presence and customer base in defined markets. Prior to this, Reginald worked at various organizations in roles such as Business Development, Operations Executive, and Energy Engineering. Reginald has a proven track record of exceeding goals, developing strategies, and achieving corporate plans. Reginald's expertise lies in helping clients from various sectors achieve their fiscal and operational goals through customized energy solutions. Reginald has also held leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer and President in previous roles. Reginald is committed to sustainability and has served on the board of the Black Belt Community Foundation.
Reginald Arnold holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Chicago. Reginald also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. In addition, they have completed an Executive Seminar in Strategic Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Reginald also holds several certifications, including Certified Demand-Side Manager (CDSM) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers, OSHA 30 from Q Safety Consultants, Six Sigma Champion from ASQ - World Headquarters, and Total Quality Management from Florida Power & Light Company.
