Randall Willocks has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Randall is currently working as the Lead Project Manager at Ameresco since October 2021. Before that, they served as the Site Safety & Health / Quality Control Manager at Ameresco from December 2020 to October 2021. Prior to their time at Ameresco, Randall worked as the HSE Manager at Brown and Root from May 2017 to December 2020. Randall was responsible for managing safety environmental programs, executing regulatory audits, and communicating safety training programs. Randall also has experience as an Instructor at PKL Services, where they ensured instructional guidance for aircraft armament under the U.S. Department of Defense. Additionally, they worked as a Health Safety and Environment Inspector at Fluor Corporation, where they created safety management tools, provided technical processes, and demonstrated knowledge of OSHA guidelines. Randall's work experience also includes roles in the United States Air Force and Navy, where they served as a Training Coordinator, Safety Representative, Quality Assurance Chief Inspector, Quality Assurance Lead Inspector, and Armament Systems Technician. In these roles, they managed training programs, conducted inspections, developed inspection criteria, and oversaw repair and testing procedures. Randall Willocks holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Professional Aeronautics with a focus on Safety from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Randall also obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Professional Aeronautics with a focus on Management from the same institution. In addition, they hold an Aviation Safety Certificate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Randall has obtained various certifications including OSHA 30 Hour Construction from 360training, Construction Quality Management (CQM) from the US Army Corps of Engineers, OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Outreach from 360training, Manager of Environmental Safety and Health (MESH) from NC State Industry Expansion Solutions, and OSHA 511 General Industry Trainer from NC State Industry Expansion Solutions.
