Michelle Isenberg has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Workday and Talent Systems at Ameren since January 2012. Michelle's roles at Ameren have encompassed change management for Workday implementation, HR strategy, and planning, alongside significant contributions as a Senior Recruiter and facilitator for collegiate talent pipeline development, managing an Intern/Co-op program with over 170 participants annually. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Recruiting Specialist at Staffing Solutions Inc. and held positions at Ameren and Keystone Staffing Inc., focusing on full-cycle recruiting and candidate evaluation. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
