Ken Worland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Ameren, serving in various director roles including Northeast Missouri Division, Gateway Division, Meramec Valley Division, and Underground Division, as well as a Supervising Engineer. Registered as a Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri, Ken oversees the engineering design of electrical distribution systems in the St. Louis area and leads a team of engineers and designers on medium to large-scale utility projects. With a strong focus on strategic action planning and employee development, Ken demonstrates robust management capabilities while possessing specialized experience in the engineering design of distribution radial and network systems at multiple voltage levels. Ken holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
