Deidra Armstrong

Director Digital Workforce Management at Ameren

Deidra Armstrong has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Deidra currently serves as the Director of Digital Workforce Management at Ameren. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Work Process Transformation at HF Sinclair, where they led business application integrations for M&A activities and drove continuous improvement through technology. Before that, Deidra held multiple roles at Sinclair Oil Corporation, including Director of Operational Excellence, Information Services Manager, and Maintenance Excellence Superintendent. In these positions, they played a key role in defining corporate strategy, enhancing work processes, and overseeing program and project management. Additionally, Deidra served as the Vice President of Programs at the PMI Northern Utah Chapter and as the Facilities and Engineering Supervisor at the University of Utah Healthcare. Deidra developed policies, managed budgets, and led project management initiatives in these roles. Deidra also has experience as a Contract Specialist at Novell, where they handled legal document negotiation and execution. Deidra Armstrong has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive Business Administration from the University of Wyoming, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Weber State University from 2010 to 2016.
