Tony Eelman currently serves as President and Executive Vice President - Chief Strategy Officer at Amerant Mortgage, a position held since December 2020. Prior experience includes Managing SVP - Residential Lending Managing Director at City National Bank from April 2017 to December 2020, and SVP - Residential Lending at Sabadell United Bank from February 2016 to April 2017. Eelman also held the roles of COO and Vice President, Division Manager at FBC Mortgage LLC from December 2011 to December 2015, and Correspondent Account Executive at both CitiMortgage (2006-2011) and US Bank Home Mortgage (2003-2006). Eelman has a strong focus on developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance competitive positioning in the lending industry through technology initiatives. Eelman is an alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
