Paolo Parmeggiani currently serves as the EMEA Director of Countries and Country Managing Director for Italy at Salomon, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Paolo held various roles at Amer Sports Corporation, including VP Countries for Sales & Marketing at EMEA GTM since February 2019, and VP Countries (Sales and Marketing) at Amer Sports Deutschland GmbH since December 2017, where also served as General Manager for Central Europe. Paolo's extensive career at Nike from November 1999 to October 2017 included roles such as General Manager for NIKE Western Europe Basketball and Jordan, Football Sales Director, and several general manager positions across different regions, emphasizing a strong focus on overall P&L, go-to-market strategies, and sports marketing. Paolo's experience also encompasses managing teams, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with key sports federations, clubs, and athletes.
