Jules Monce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in logistics and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Transportation Process Manager at Amer Sports since September 2023, Jules has led significant transformations in transportation logistics through Lean process management and data analytics. Prior roles include Operational Excellence Lead and Operations Manager at Zalando SE, where strategic improvements and a culture of innovation were championed across logistics operations. Jules also worked at Yara International as an Operations & Logistics Specialist, optimizing B2B order and delivery planning for international clients. Earlier experience includes teaching English and Philosophy, and serving as a Warehouse Operator. Jules holds multiple advanced degrees in Literature, Culture and Media, and Linguistics, obtained from Lund University, Malmö University, and Umeå University, along with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Westminster.
