Amador Fernández is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and technical product management across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Amenitiz, Amador focuses on empowering teams through optimal processes, tools, and training, while leading multiple squads including Operations, Price Advisor, Core, Platform, and QA. Previously, Amador held the position of Engineering Director at Factorial HR, overseeing six engineering teams, and has also managed engineering and product teams at AREX Markets, Opti Digital, and SPLIO. Amador co-owned Olvidame.es, a platform for online reputation management, and has served as CTO at Evexi IT and Green Telecom. Amador holds a degree in Technical Engineering Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
