Natasha Evans, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPSP, is an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter and Swat Recruiter at Amedisys since January 2019, specializing in personalized home health and hospice care recruitment. Prior to Amedisys, Natasha held various HR roles at UF Health Jacksonville from October 2005 to July 2018, including HR Generalist, Compensation Analyst, and Employment Specialist/Nurse Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed full-cycle recruitment and compensation analysis. Natasha began a career in recruitment at CareerStaff Unlimited and Kelly Services, focusing on Allied Health and general recruitment strategies. Natasha holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Western Governors University, and an Associate's Degree in Human Resources from Coastline College.
