Blair Simpson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. They currently serve as the Executive Director at Affinity Hospice since November 2023. Prior to that, Blair was the Director of Operations at Amedisys starting from September 2021. From June 2020 to September 2021, they held the position of Director of Nursing at Integrity Health Services. Additionally, Blair worked as a Clinical Case Manager at Integrity Health Services from June 2018 to June 2020. They also held the role of RN Case Manager at Alacare Home Health and Hospice from June 2013 to April 2018. Previously, Blair was the Regional Director of Nursing at Chattanooga Heart Institute from October 2011 to March 2013. Lastly, they served as a Patient Care Supervisor at St. Vincent's Health System from May 2002 to August 2011.

Blair Simpson has a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Wallace State Community College - Hanceville.
