Caleb English has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at TRS Healthcare in May 2007. Caleb then moved on to become a Credentials Manager in January 2010 and later a Recruiting Manager in April 2011. In October 2013, Caleb took on the position of Director of Operations at TRS Healthcare before being promoted to COO in October 2015. As the COO, they were responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of the company's organizational strategy, focusing on process improvement, change management, and project implementation. Caleb became the Chief Financial Officer of TRS Healthcare in November 2019, overseeing various operational areas and a team of leaders. Prior to TRS Healthcare, Caleb worked as a Business Analyst at Wal-Mart from January 2006 to May 2007.
Caleb English earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Economics and Finance from Arkansas Tech University between the years 2001 and 2005. Caleb then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Arkansas from 2011 to 2013.
