Cedrik Hoffmann is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and investment banking. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Ameba since July 2023, Hoffmann focuses on enhancing supply chains from production to delivery. Previously, Hoffmann co-founded VALOREO, where as Director of Supply Chain, successfully raised $160 million from venture capital and growth investors, acquired and operated over 20 brands, and led the company to an exit with Razor Group after two years. Hoffmann's earlier roles include Co-CEO at Taipei Molded Products Co., Ltd. and EISO Europe GmbH, where strategic transformation efforts established the company as an international provider, and positions at BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs, and Fitch Ratings, specializing in commodities trading, mergers and acquisitions, and structured finance ratings. Hoffmann holds a Bachelor's degree in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
