Udayvir Singh Bhadouria is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of the Customer Service Unit for the APAC region at Amdocs since February 2021, Udayvir oversees significant managed services operations in the billing domain, with a focus on modernization and total cost of ownership reduction for key customers like Telkomsel. Prior to this, Udayvir held multiple leadership roles within Amdocs, delivering transformation and modernization projects for prominent clients such as Airtel India, Tata Communication Ltd, CenturyLink USA, Singtel, and Vodafone India, consistently achieving impressive results in system enhancement and operational efficiency. Udayvir has also gained foundational experience at RANBAXY LABORATORY and STI Sanoh, beginning a robust career in IT and billing systems. Udayvir holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
