Narine Herszage Seferyan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Global Head of People at VUBIQUITY and the HRBL Head of People at Amdocs Media, where a focus on cultivating a culture of excellence and optimizing people strategy in alignment with corporate HR initiatives is emphasized. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at Globecast, where responsibilities encompassed strategic workforce management across multiple states in North America, and as the Founder and Managing Director of BIG HYE BEARS INC., overseeing recruitment and business strategy implementation. Additional roles have included Commercial Development Director at HayPost, managing extensive commercial operations, and Commercial Director at Megerian Carpet, where comprehensive budget management and HR functions were consolidated. Seferyan earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Yerevan University of Economics and Law and a Bachelor's degree in English and Armenian Language and Literature from Yerevan State Humanitarian College.
